FIND THE GOLDEN BONE COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Offer open to UK, CI, IoM & ROI residents, excluding employees and their immediate families of Kimberly-Clark Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Entrants under 16 years of age must have permission from their Parent / Guardian to enter.
2. Only one entry per person per month.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Closing date for receipt of entries is the last day of the month.
5. The winning entry will be chosen at random under independent supervision.
6. The winner will be notified in writing the following month.
7. The name and county of the winner will be available from this date by writing (with SAE) to Andrex® Find the Golden Bone Winner, Castle House, 27 London Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1DB.
8. The prize comprises of 1 adorable Andrex® Puppy item.
9. There is no cash alternative to the prize offered.
10. There will be a draw every month until further notice.
11. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, Kimberly-Clark reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
12. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herewith.

PUPPY COLLECTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you've purchased Puppy Collection items, please see associated terms and conditions below:
1. Instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions.
2. All items conform to UK/EC Safety Standards.
Puppy Pouch, Puppy Keyring, Pyjama Case, Hot Water Bottle and Message Cards are not recommended for children under the age of three. Puppy Slippers are not suitable for wear by children under five. Mini Bean Puppies, Bean Puppy and Cuddly Puppy are suitable for all ages.
3. Please allow 10 working days for dispatch and 28 working days for delivery. In the event of non-delivery after 28 working days please write to: Andrex® Puppy Collection, PO Box 124, Blackburn, BB1 3GN, UK.
4. Closing date for receipt of all Puppy Collection orders is 31/12/2009. Applications need to be received by 1st December 2009 for delivery before Christmas.
5. Please send all orders to: Andrex® Puppy Collection, PO Box 124, Blackburn, BB1 3GN, UK.
6. To receive your 20% discount, you must include 4 Puppy Tokens collected from packs of Andrex® Toilet Tissue along with a cheque or postal order (please make a note of the number in case of a query) for the correct amount. Please do not send cash or stamps. These tokens should be attached to your downloadable form.
7. One Andrex® Puppy Starter Token from any Andrex® leaflet or the Andrex® Puppy website can be used towards each Andrex® Puppy Collection order. Photocopied tokens will not be accepted.
8. If you experience any difficulties downloading the order form, please contact the Consumer Services Department on 0800 626008 (UK) or 1800 626008 (ROI).
9. If you are not happy with your Puppy Collection item you can return it for a refund, at your own cost, within 7 clear working days of delivery to: Andrex® Puppy Collection, PO Box 124, Blackburn, BB1 3GN, UK.
10. Kimberly-Clark Ltd reserves the right to substitute an alternative Andrex® Puppy item (of similar style, quality and value) to that described. Please note that in the case of the Andrex® Mini Bean Puppy kennels, there may be a slight variation in the colours and design of the kennels to that shown in the photograph. If you wish to cancel and return the substituted items, your costs will be refunded.
11. Kimberly-Clark Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed orders. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
12. The offer is open to UK and ROI residents only.
